Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher, is seeking an IT Analyst to safeguard site uptime, deliver hands-on end-user support, and partner with global IT teams for reliable tech performance.

The role focuses on L1/L2 incident resolution, request fulfilment, and on-site support across office, warehouse, manufacturing, and lab environments. Fluent English and French preferred; travel ~10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support professional experienced in restoring service quickly in operational environments.
• Strong customer-focused communication with clear updates and ability to work with end users and technical teams.
• Process-driven with ITIL discipline and high-quality ticketing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site L1/L2 IT support for end users, devices, and local services to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve endpoint, collaboration, and connectivity issues for stable day-to-day operations.
• Manage device lifecycle: build, deploy, maintain, replace to ensure reliable tech.
• Execute site changes and deployments per processes and risk controls.
• Maintain asset records, documentation, and high-quality ITSM ticketing for visibility.
