Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher, seeks an IT Analyst to safeguard site uptime and end-user productivity across office, warehouse, manufacturing and lab environments. You will own L1/L2 incident resolution, fulfillment, and on-site support while partnering with global IT teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience in operational environments.
• Strong communication with end users, site leaders and IT teams.
• Structured troubleshooter for L1/L2 issues with ITIL discipline.
• Ability to document, ticket and follow-through in ITSM tools.
• Willingness to travel ~10% domestically or internationally; fluent in English and French; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site L1/L2 IT support for end users, devices, and local services.
• Diagnose and resolve endpoint, collaboration, and connectivity issues.
• Support device lifecycle management from build to replacement.
• Execute site changes and deployments per defined processes and risk controls.
• Maintain asset records and high-quality ticketing for continuous improvement.
