Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher, is seeking an IT Analyst at our site in Switzerland. You will deliver on-site L1/L2 IT support across office, warehouse, manufacturing and lab environments, ensuring uptime and reliable technology performance.

Ideal candidates have hands-on IT support experience, ITIL discipline, strong ticketing and documentation habits, and willingness to travel ~10%. Fluency in French and English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience in operationally sensitive environments.
• Structured troubleshooter with strong ITIL discipline.
• Clear communicator with end users, site leaders and technical teams.
• Willingness to travel ~10% domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site L1/L2 IT support for end users, devices, and local services.
• Diagnose and resolve endpoint, collaboration, and basic connectivity issues.
• Support device lifecycle management (build, deploy, maintain, replace).
• Execute site changes and deployments per defined processes and risk controls.
• Maintain asset records, documentation, and high-quality ITSM ticketing.
