Job summary

Cytiva is seeking an IT Analyst to safeguard site uptime and productivity across office, warehouse, manufacturing and lab environments. You will resolve incidents, fulfill requests, and collaborate with global IT teams to minimize disruption.

The role reports to the Director, Digital Workplace Services EMEA, within the Infrastructure and Operations group. Travel ~10% may be required; fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support in operational environments.
• Strong customer-focused communication and issue diagnosis skills.
• Structured troubleshooting of L1/L2 endpoints, apps, and connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site L1/L2 IT support for end users, devices, and local services.
• Diagnose and resolve endpoint, collaboration, and basic connectivity issues to maintain daily operations.
• Manage device lifecycle from build to replace to ensure reliable technology.
• Execute site changes and deployments per processes, standards and risk controls.
• Maintain asset records and high-quality ticketing in ITSM tools.
