Cytiva, a Danaher company, seeks an IT Analyst to safeguard site uptime and end-user productivity across office, warehouse, manufacturing, and lab environments. You will own L1/L2 incident resolution, request fulfilment, and on-site support while collaborating with senior analysts and global IT teams.

Fluency in French and English is required; German would be an advantage. Travel about 10% domestically or internationally to support multiple sites as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on IT support experience in operational environments.
• Clear communication with end users, site leaders and technical teams.
• Structured troubleshooter for L1/L2 endpoint, application and connectivity issues.

Aufgaben

• Deliver on-site L1/L2 IT support for end users, devices, and local services to restore productivity.
• Diagnose and resolve endpoints, collaboration, and basic connectivity issues to maintain daily operations.
• Support device lifecycle management (build, deploy, maintain, replace).
• Execute site changes and deployments in line with processes and risk controls.
• Maintain accurate asset records, documentation, and ticketing in ITSM systems.
