Cytiva, a Danaher company, is at the forefront of life sciences, diagnostics and biotechnology. The IT Analyst role safeguards site uptime, end-user productivity, and operational continuity by delivering hands-on L1/L2 IT support across office, warehouse, manufacturing and lab environments.

You will own incident resolution, request fulfilment, and on-site support while partnering with senior analysts and global IT teams to reduce disruption and sustain reliable technology performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support in operational environments.
• Clear update delivery to end users, site leaders and technical teams.
• Strong ITIL discipline with ticketing, documentation and follow-through.
• Reliable team player who collaborates and builds IT capability across domains.
• Willingness to travel ~10% domestically or internationally; fluent in French and English; German a bonus.

The IT Analyst is a business‑critical frontline role that safeguards site uptime, operational continuity, and end‑user productivity by delivering hands‑on IT support across office, warehouse, manufacturing, and lab environments. The position owns L1/L2 incident resolution, request fulfilment, and on‑site support execution while partnering with senior analysts and global IT teams to reduce disruption and sustain reliable technology performance.

This role is essential to keeping site‑critical functions running reliably, ensuring technology issues are resolved with speed, discipline, and clear accountability.

This position reports to the Director, Digital Workplace Services EMEA, part of the Infrastructure and Operations team.

What You Will Do

• Deliver on‑site L1/L2 IT support for end users, devices, and local services, restoring productivity quickly and minimizing operational downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve endpoint, collaboration, and basic connectivity issues to maintain stable day‑to‑day operations across site‑critical environments.
• Support device lifecycle management (build, deploy, maintain, replace) to ensure users have reliable, ready‑to‑use technology.
• Execute site changes and deployments in line with defined processes, standards, and risk controls.
• Maintain accurate asset records, documentation, and high‑quality ticketing in ITSM tools to support control, visibility, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are

• Hands‑on IT support professional with proven experience restoring service quickly and effectively in operationally sensitive environments.
• Customer‑focused communicator who gives clear updates, builds trust quickly, and works effectively with end users, site leaders, and technical teams. Structured troubleshooter capable of diagnosing L1/L2 endpoint, application, and connectivity issues.
• Process‑driven operator with strong ITIL discipline and a consistent record of high‑quality ticketing, documentation, and follow‑through.
• Reliable team player who takes ownership, collaborates well, and proactively builds technical capability across IT domains in a complex site environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required approximately 10% domestically or internationally. Fluency in French and English is required. German language skills would be an advantage.
