Zusammenfassung

Everience Benelux on-site IT role at a luxury textile production site in Meyrin, near Geneva. You will provide Level 2 support to production teams and office staff, ensuring IT reliability and quick issue resolutions to support daily operations.

You will configure equipment, manage inventory, and train new employees on IT tools, while coordinating with external partners and the IT Manager on standards and tooling.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in IT support in a manufacturing or production environment.
• On-site availability in Meyrin, Switzerland.
• Strong communication and incident handling.

Aufgaben

• Provide Level 2 support to users, troubleshooting workstations and peripherals and IT solutions for manufacturing tools.
• Manage a fleet of machines, keep inventory up to date, configure lifecycle and installed apps.
• Configure IT equipment for projects and train new employees on IT tools.
• In collaboration with the IT Manager, define tools, methods and standards.
• Coordinate support teams of external partners.
