Qualifikationen

• Night front office management experience preferred.
• Experience with ISO quality management standards beneficial.
• Night audit and cash handling experience advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Handle check-in and check-out for late arrivals and departures.
• Provide guest services during night shifts and ensure quality standards.
• Conduct nightly audit, reconcile transactions and balance accounts.
• Verify and post charges for rooms and services.
• Prepare and review guest bills and close daily cash sheets.
• Address guest complaints to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and perform basic admin tasks.
• Maintain hotel premises and ensure safety during night hours.
