Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of dishwashing machines.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, storage rooms, and waste disposal zones.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing deliveries.
• Ensure proper waste separation and disposal according to local regulations.
• Support kitchen staff with basic tasks (e.g., peeling, cleaning vegetables) when required.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and work surfaces.
• Ensure availability of clean kitchen utensils and equipment at all times.
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
• Report any maintenance or hygiene issues to the supervisor.
