Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Provide professional, friendly service and advice to guests regarding the hotel's offerings and local destinations.
• Provide information to hotel guests and assist with problems.
• Handle luggage, ski storage, and issue receipts.
• Manage reservations for hotels, restaurants, instructors, guides, cars, taxis, and transfers.
• Coordinate luggage transfers with drivers and staff.
• Manage hotel information and promotional materials.
• Serve as first point of contact in emergencies and coordinate evacuations if needed.
• Monitor mail, deliveries, and ensure timely forwarding of messages.
