Job summary

Baur au Lac in Zurich is seeking a motivated, committed and creative night cook (f/m) to join our luxury hotel kitchen team. You will professionally prepare all dishes on the night menu and manage mise-en-place while maintaining top hygiene.

You have EFZ chef training, experience in a luxury hotel, knowledge of classic cooking methods, a strong sense of responsibility, a service-oriented attitude, and fluent German and English. We offer staff facilities and competitive benefits.

• Completed vocational training as a chef EFZ.
• Experience in a similar position in the luxury hotel industry.
• Knowledge of all classic cooking methods.
• High degree of personal responsibility.
• Charming, well-groomed personality with a service-oriented attitude.
• Good language skills in German and English.

• Professional preparation of all dishes on the night menu.

• Relieving the chef de partie during the night shift.
