Job summary

Baur au Lac in Zurich is seeking a motivated Chef de Rang for our Le Hall to manage your own service station and ensure smooth service operations for our guests.

You have completed vocational training in hotel or catering with about 2 years of relevant experience. Excellent German and English are essential; other languages are a plus. We offer staff rooms, free uniform cleaning, a 13th salary, pension benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry.
• 2 years of professional experience in the same or a similar role.
• Clean and well-organised way of working.
