Baur au Lac in Zurich is seeking a motivated Chef de Rang to run a dedicated station during the chalet season from 15 November 2026 to 31 December 2026. You will ensure flawless service for a sophisticated, international clientele and showcase a polished, confident presence at all times.

Fluent German and English and prior service experience are essential. The hotel offers staff accommodation, uniforms with free cleaning, and a competitive salary with a 13th salary and ongoing training
