Richemont Iberia SL in Geneva is seeking a Sales & Purchasing Advisor for a 6-month fixed-term contract starting around October 1, 2026, with potential for permanence. You will deliver stellar client experience and achieve personal and boutique targets.

As ambassador of Watchfinder, you will host clients, develop personal clientele through CRM, and lead timepiece appraisals for part-exchanges while maintaining luxury standards.

Qualifikationen

• Background in sales or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Curious, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Hands-on with luxury client experience.

Aufgaben

• Hosting clients and stakeholders with personalised customer experience.
• Find new and creative means to exceed client’s expectations.
• Introduce clients to our services, including the part-exchange service, maintaining a high level of experience to the clients.
• Developing personal clientele through effective use of the selling skills, proactive client outreach (CRM).
• Know WF’s history, services/products and partnerships as well as the benefits of purchasing a timepiece through Watchfinder.
• Act as a brand ambassador inside and outside the boutique.
• Maintain the boutique according to the global operating standards.
• Be part of a boutique team and support the overall organisation of the boutique with a strong team approach.
• Lead the appraisal process of timepieces that involve a part-exchange. Ensuring that all the necessary processes are followed accurately for the end user to make an assumption.
