A. Lange & Söhne is seeking an Associate Watch Advisor to deliver an outstanding customer experience within a luxury boutique in Geneva. You will manage the full sales process, use CRM tools (iCM), and prepare action plans to meet monthly targets.

The role focuses on building relationships with VIP clients, organizing private viewings, and maintaining the boutique to brand standards while supporting the upcoming Flagship in Geneva (opening 2027).

Qualifikationen

• Experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships with VIP clients.
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage the full sales cycle.

• Meet personal budgets in line with brand strategy.
• Organize private viewings for potential VIPs.
• Maintain boutique appearance and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Handle CRM activities to build the boutique customer base.
• Coordinate stock, reports, and after-sales issues with Boutique Manager.
