• Host clients and stakeholders with personalised experience.
• Achieve personal and boutique sales targets.
• Introduce clients to services, including part-exchange; maintain experience quality.
• Develop personal clientele via effective CRM outreach.
• Know Watchfinder’s history, services/products and partnerships.
• Act as brand ambassador inside and outside the boutique.
• Maintain the boutique per global operating standards.
• Be part of a boutique team with strong collaboration.
• Lead appraisal process for timepieces with part-exchange.
