Six Senses Crans-Montana is seeking a Guest Services Host to deliver exceptional service in a luxury resort environment. You will manage guest transfers, vehicle handling, and ensure pristine guest areas while upholding Six Senses standards.

Proficiency in French and English, a valid driving license, and previous luxury-hotel experience are essential for success. This role is based on-site in the resort and requires strong local knowledge and dedication to superb hospitality.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury hotel operations.
• Valid driving license to operate the required vehicle with a good standing record.
• Fluent in French & English.

Aufgaben

• Deliver and pick-up guest, host or requested items according to standards in a timely and efficient manner.
• Escort guests throughout the resort and transfer when requested.
• Load and unload vehicles on guest arrivals/departures and assist guests entering/exiting vehicles.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good working condition of vehicles.
• Coordinate with departments on transfer issues and assist guests with transfers to and from the hotel.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas including lobby and report defects.
• Maintain working knowledge of local area, streets and directions.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation; meet and exceed benchmarks.
• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
