Six Senses Crans-Montana is seeking a Guest Experience Maker (GEM) to deliver exceptional hospitality, safeguarding sustainability, wellness, and extraordinary experiences for guests. You will use knowledge of guest profiles and preferences to tailor services and upsell resort facilities.

The role requires fluency in English and French, a hospitality background, and willingness to execute Six Senses brand initiatives across departments while maintaining safety standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year experience in a hotel operational setting.
• Hospitality diploma/degree preferred from a recognized hospitality school.
• Fluent in English & French; EU passport or Swiss work authorization required.

Aufgaben

• Check guest profiles and history prior to arrival.
• Notify concerned departments with guest history before arrival.
• Coordinate with departments for transfer requests and assist guests with transfers to/from the hotel.
• Prepare arrival amenities (welcome letter, champagne, shoe bag, towels, welcome drinks).
• Offer welcome drink and cold towel on arrival.
• Escort guests throughout the resort.
• Upsell resort, spa, LIFE and restaurant facilities.
• Adhere to Six Senses guidelines and LQA standards.
