Six Senses Crans Montana seeks a Ski Butler with strong guest service in a luxury hotel setting. You will welcome guests, assist with ski equipment, manage bookings, and coordinate with rental partners to ensure seamless experiences on and off the slopes.

The role requires fluency in French and English, familiarity with hotel systems, and a focus on safety and guest confidentiality in winter conditions.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar hotel operational role.
• Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
• Familiar with POS, PMS and CRM platforms; MS Office proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests and assist with ski equipment and storage.
• Prepare and maintain ski equipment daily and arrange delivery/collection.
• Coordinate with ski rental shops for equipment delivery, pick-up and replacements.
• Manage ski lesson bookings, including reservations, amendments and cancellations.
• Handle ski pass arrangements and related guest coordination.
• Maintain inventory and cleanliness of ski storage areas.
• Provide ski-in/ski-out service where applicable and assist with guest comfort.
• Monitor mountain conditions and communicate updates to guests.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
