Six Senses Crans Montana is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain impeccable guest rooms in a luxury hotel setting. You will support housekeeping operations, ensure cleanliness, restock amenities, and provide a welcoming guest experience aligned with our brand values.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Housekeeping Supervisor, assisting guests with needs, and ensuring rooms meet Six Senses standards for comfort and presentation.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years’ hotel experience.
• Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
• Fluent in English and French.

Aufgaben

• Monitor daily arrivals in coordination with Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Assist guests with special needs and requirements.
• Stock supply trolley with room amenities for the shift.
• Replace supplies in rooms and provide information on hotel services.
• Change bed linen and maintain room appearance per standards.
• Care for details, style, and overall appearance of all areas.
• Provide turn-down service and restock minibar as needed.
• Adhere to Six Senses guidelines and LQA standards.
