• Coordinates transportation services such as airport transfers and car rentals.
• Maintains and updates a database of local vendors, partners, and service providers.

• Ensures seamless communication between departments to deliver a cohesive guest journey.
• Monitors guest preferences in CRM systems to enhance repeat guest experiences.
• Promotes and upsells resort services, including spa, dining, and experiences.
• Provides guests with clear information regarding services, policies, and schedules.

Duties and Responsibilities

As Concierge & Experience Host, I willassume full responsibility for theefficientoperation in the following:

• Acts as the main point of contact for all guest requests, ensuring prompt, personalized, and anticipatory service.
• Manages pre-arrival arrangements including transportation, restaurant bookings, spa reservations, and special requests.
• Provides expert recommendations on local attractions, cultural experiences, dining options, and activities.
• Handles all concierge services including bookings for excursions, tours, events, and external experiences.
• Coordinates transportation services such as airport transfers, private drivers, and car rentals.
• Maintains and updates a comprehensive database of local vendors, partners, and service providers.
• Builds strong relationships with external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Assists VIP guests with personalized itineraries and tailored experiences.
• Ensures seamless communication between departments to deliver a cohesive guest journey.
• Monitors guest preferences and records them in CRM systems to enhance repeat guest experiences.
• Handles guest complaints, special requests, and last-minute changes efficiently and professionally.
• Ensures all reservations and services are accurately booked, confirmed, and billed.
• Promotes and upsells resort services, including spa, dining, and experiences.
• Provides guests with clear and accurate information regarding resort services, policies, and schedules.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming concierge desk and lobby presence.
• Supports arrival and departure experiences when required.
• Communicates effectively with guests through verbal and non-verbal communication.
• Reports any guest feedback, service issues, or operational concerns to management.
  Maintains knowledge of all emergency procedures and ensures guest safety at all times.
• Attends meetings and training sessions as required.
• Upholds Six Senses guidelines and LQA standards at all times.
• Performs any additional tasks as assigned by the management.
  

Qualifications

To execute the position of Concierge & Experience Host, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar hotel operational role. Hospitality diploma/degreefrom a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
• Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms. I have knowledge of hospitality operations, including emergency evacuation drills.
• Fluent in French & in English.
• European passport or valid Swiss work authorization
