Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich is seeking a Front Office Trainee to join our luxury hotel team. Based in the heart of Zurich, you will deliver courteous front desk service, assist with reservations, and help guests with warmth and care.

Enrolled in a Swiss hotel management school, you will develop skills in luxury service while maintaining safety standards. Fluent German and English are required, with additional languages considered an advantage.

• Proactive in hospitality and guest relations.
• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Fluency in German and English required; other languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Delivering exceptional front desk service with courteous, efficient handling of arrivals and departures.
• Assist with billing and invoicing processes accurately.
