Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich, part of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, seeks an exceptional Concierge for our Front of House team. You will deliver personalized services, anticipate guest needs and coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure flawless experiences.

The role requires substantial experience in upscale hotels, superb English and German communication, strong planning skills, integrity, and a proactive, guest‑centric attitude.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in upscale hotels.

• Excellent forward planning and decision-making skills.
• Organizational skills, high level of integrity and professionalism.

• Excellent communication skills in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized and exceptional Concierge services to guests.
• Assure efficient handling of guest requests and arrangements.
• Coordinate with Front of House and other departments to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through proactive service.
• Monitor guest arrivals, departures and stayovers with tailored attention.
