• Enrolled as a student in a Swiss hotel management school.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional arrival and departure experiences.
• Supporting the billing and invoicing process with accuracy and efficiency.
• Building genuine personal connections with guests and ensuring care, comfort, and warmth throughout their stay.
• Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Managing administrative and operational tasks while aligning with our Mission Statement and service standards.
• Proactively identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to guests.
