Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich is seeking a Concierge to join our Front of House team. Based at our Zurich property, the Concierge delivers personalized and exceptional services, handling guest requests efficiently and in line with our standards.

You will maintain city knowledge, offer recommendations, manage arrivals and departures, and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Candidates should have upscale hotel experience and fluent German and English.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in upscale hotels is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English are essential.

Responsibilities

• Have an in-depth knowledge of directions, travel time, cost and various forms of transportation.
• Maintain a constantly updated database with extensive information about city highlights.
• Offer professional and personalized recommendations with thorough research to our guests.
• Comply with the Legendary Quality Service Standards.
• Monitor arrivals, departures and stayovers to handle guest requests with personalized attention.
• Handle and follow up on guest comments and complaints until full satisfaction is reached.
• Encourage inter-departmental communication to promote teamwork.
