Job summary

Hermès in Geneva seeks an experienced Department Manager to lead daily store operations, develop the team, and drive business while upholding the brand's tradition, quality and service.

You will manage people, recruit and coach, set objectives, support clienteling, enhance in-store experience, collaborate with Visual Merchandising and store management, and ensure data accuracy and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in luxury fashion or similar management role.
• Strong leadership and people-management track record.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities, set objectives and assign tasks to the team.
• Recruitment support and onboarding of new staff in line with HR strategy.
• Coach team to improve clienteling and in-store service quality while maintaining brand standards.
• Collaborate with store management and Visual Merchandising to enhance the in-store experience.
• Drive sales goals through team leadership and effective client engagement.
• Ensure procedures, data accuracy and privacy guidelines are followed.
