Job summary

You will oversee forecasting, stock and budget management, and deploy gifting campaigns to elevate the client experience, while collaborating with markets, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Fluent in French and English with strong project management skills is essential.

• Coordinate regional client experience initiatives across Europe.
• Oversee forecasting, stock & budget management, operational follow-up and tooling gifting implementation.
• Develop and deploy gifting campaigns to elevate client experience.
• Coordinate with markets, suppliers and internal stakeholders on projects.
• Monitor client satisfaction and follow-up on action plans.
• Analyze client feedback and KPIs to identify improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance boutique experience.
