Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Zurich seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional service in a refined boutique environment. You will act as the voice of the Maison, building lasting relationships with local and international clients and contributing to a unique luxury experience.

Ideal candidates hold a university degree, fluent in Swiss German, German and English, with a passion for high jewellery and a track record in luxury retail.

Qualifications

• You hold a university degree and speak fluent Swiss German, German, and English, with a fourth language being advantageous.
• Proven experience within luxury jewellery or watches Maisons is preferred.
• Ambassador of the Maison with excellent communication and client-relations skills.
• Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as the voice of Van Cleef & Arpels in the boutique.
• Promote the Maison's image both internally and externally.
• Demonstrate commercial acumen and actively participate in attracting new clients.
• Deliver a unique, refined client experience to loyal customers.
• Convey refinement, elegance, and innovation in every client interaction.
• Cultivate bonds with discerning clientele through knowledge of history and artistry.
