• Support ongoing Retail Operations initiatives and development of tools/solutions for our retail boutique teams.
• Participate in the implementation of retail initiatives as part of our retail digital transformation.
• Support project managers on various projects to ensure successful deployments.
• Maintain and enhance our digital retail tools and perform user tests on new features.
• Facilitate understanding of retail digital tools across departments and train content creators for the retail portal.
