Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a motivated student for a 6-month, full-time internship in Geneva, Switzerland. You will support Retail Operations initiatives and help develop digital tools for our boutique teams, contributing to the digital transformation of our retail experience.

You are passionate about luxury retail, proactive, and skilled with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. You will collaborate with multiple departments and gain training in the history and values of the Maison.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing Retail Operations initiatives and development of tools/solutions for our retail boutique teams.
• Participate in the implementation of retail initiatives as part of our retail digital transformation.
• Support project managers on various projects to ensure successful deployments.
• Maintain and enhance our digital retail tools and perform user tests on new features.
• Facilitate understanding of retail digital tools across departments and train content creators for the retail portal.

• Support ongoing Retail Operations initiatives and development of tools/solutions for our retail boutique teams.

• You support project managers on various projects to ensure successful deployments.
• You also support the maintenance and enhancement of our digital retail tools and perform user tests on new features.
• You facilitate other departments comprehension on retail digital tools, train other departments on retail portal content creation.
• Create and promote operational excellence in boutiques while embracing our Maison’s value of no compromise.
• You support the continuous improvement of our retail processes and procedures and bring new ideas to the table.
• You ensure our boutiques have access to the right tools and content to operate smoothly and efficiently.
• Support local teams across the world in their Retail Operations projects.
• You collaborate closely with our Retail Operations community to provide relevant support in the implementation of projects and boutique tools, able to handle change management.

In order to facilitate your integration, we will offer you training in the history and values of the Maison within the School of Jewelry Arts.
