BVLGARI in Geneva, a prestigious boutique on Rue du Rhône, seeks a seasoned Client Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences across in-store, distant sales, and e-commerce touchpoints.

You will welcome clients, understand needs, upsell with tailored solutions, and maintain meticulous client records. Fluency in French and English is required; Italian is a plus. SAP and MS Office knowledge are valued in a dynamic, luxury environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years in a similar role, preferably luxury boutique
• Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus
• Excellent selling skills and clienteling ability, with a client-focused mindset

Aufgaben

• Welcome all clients entering the store and guide them across in-store, distance sales and e-commerce touchpoints
• Understand and anticipate client needs to offer tailored solutions and exceed expectations
• Maintain accurate client records and develop long-lasting relationships across channels
• Upsell using appropriate techniques and contribute to achieving sales targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client requests promptly and professionally
