Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Geneva seeks a Client Experience Project Manager to coordinate regional initiatives across Europe, aligning with Maison guidelines and reporting to the Client Experience Manager Europe-CIS.

You will manage gifting campaigns, forecast stock and budgets, and collaborate with markets and suppliers to enhance client satisfaction. Strong PM, analytics, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional client experience initiatives across Europe in line with Maison guidelines.
• Oversee forecasting, stock, and budget management; implement client experience tools and gifting.
• Develop and deploy gifting campaigns to elevate client experience.
• Coordinate with markets, suppliers and internal stakeholders on projects.
• Monitor client satisfaction and follow-up on action plans.
• Analyze client feedback and KPIs to identify improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance boutique experiences.
