Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a leader for the Retail Performance Analytics team to drive the creation, diffusion, and analysis of performance indicators for HQ, regions, markets and boutique networks. You will champion analytics excellence, oversee Looker dashboard transitions, and mentor a team of analysts to deliver actionable insights that shape retail strategy.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key ambassador, referent and expert for all retail performance analytical topics for HQ and regional stakeholders.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Lead the transition to new Looker reporting tools, overseeing data quality, design, development and maintenance of dashboards.
• Track key performance indicators and deliver actionable insights.
• Lead and manage a team of analysts.
• Drive a strong performance culture through training programs and build and nurture a cross‑functional community.
