Hapimag is seeking a competent, enthusiastic IT professional to join its IT Team in Steinhausen. You will lead a 4–5 person IT Workplace Services Team, shaping the service catalogue and ensuring a high standard of service and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

You will oversee the operation and development of the workplace infrastructure, including laptops, printers and mobile devices, while maintaining strong customer focus and cost awareness.

Competenze

• A qualification in computer science and several years’ experience in service desk/workplace services or IT support, as well as several years’ management experience.
• Experience in optimising service processes and in project management, with a focus on AI in the workplace environment and Google Workspace.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly, combining a strategic outlook with a hands-on approach.
• Strong customer focus, initiative, and awareness of costs and quality.
• Active participation in the 24/7 on-call rota and willingness to carry out maintenance outside regular hours.
• Confident communication in German and fluent English.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop the IT Workplace Services Team (4–5 staff) and ensure high service standards and effective collaboration.
• Continuously develop Workplace Services and the service catalogue for consistent understanding of services.
• Oversee smooth operation, maintenance and further development of workplace infrastructure (laptops, printers, mobile devices).
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners to ensure efficient Hapimag Resorts operations.
