Qualifications

• Have completed IT education (EFZ or comparable).
• Solid experience in client management and supporting Windows clients and virtual desktops.
• Familiar with network configurations, IT security, and Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Service Desk runs efficiently and colleagues receive support quickly.
• Manage our modern IT work environment at various locations, from clients to meeting rooms.
• Support in 1st level support and coordinate escalations with 2nd level support.
• Ensure a stable and user-friendly IT operation.
• Maintain documentation and share knowledge clearly and structured.
