Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Administration, or Order Processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office D365 and ESKER experience is a plus.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in FR, EN.

Aufgaben

• Process customer orders in the ERP system accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Validate order details, pricing, product codes, and delivery information.
• Send order confirmations and maintain order records.
• Respond to routine customer inquiries regarding order status, deliveries, and product availability.
• Monitor open orders and follow up on backorders or delivery issues.
• Escalate complex issues or customer complaints to senior team members.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and SOPs.
