• Fluent in English and French with excellent communication.

• Reliable team player who can work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to work irregular hours and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based tools for daily operations.

Aufgaben

• Create memorable first impressions and professional environment for guests.
• Assist passengers and crew during arrivals/departures, including porter, parking, transportation, and baggage handling.
• Identify guest needs and deliver tailored solutions for satisfaction.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for hotels, transport, catering, and customs.
• Handle reservations and ensure smooth flight operations.
• Promote and record revenue from additional services with accurate billing.
• Maintain cleanliness and comfort of passenger facilities and crew lounges.
• Refer service issues to supervisors for timely resolution.
• Support Safety and Quality Management System and report hazards.
