Job summary

Elos Medtech in Switzerland seeks a Junior Key Account Manager (100%) to manage and grow strategic customer relationships, coordinate inquiries and NPI projects, and ensure reliable deliveries.

You will work with Supply Chain and Quality, oversee pricing and margins, contribute to S&OP, and report KPIs to the Business Unit lead. Fluency in German and English, plus solid Excel and SAP experience, are required. This role offers international exposure and a pathway to deeper customer leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with selected key customers, acting as their main point of contact and identifying new business opportunities.
• Coordinate customer inquiries, quotations and commercial aspects of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including costs, invoicing and forecasts.
• Manage customer orders end to end, ensuring reliable deliveries and resolving quality-related issues in close collaboration with Supply Chain and Quality.
• Oversee customer agreements, pricing and product margins, support negotiations and contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Monitor key performance indicators, including sales, forecasts, delivery performance (OTIF) and non-conformities (NC), and provide regular reporting to the Business Unit lead.
• Prepare and lead customer business reviews, discussing performance, forecasts, quality and future business opportunities.
