Fleming-Research Europe is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive growth in pharma and medical device segments within Switzerland. You will manage end-to-end sales processes, build strong stakeholder relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet KPIs and expand market share.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant sales experience, fluency in English and German, and a minimum travel commitment of 60%.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Pharma or Medical devices.
• Travel at least 60% is required.
• Fluent in English and German.

• Proactively maintain existing business and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Manage complex sales situations from proposal to contract negotiation.
• Lead the full sales process and coordinate project teams.
• Build and manage relationships with customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Track competitor and market trends and respond to maintain a high win rate.
• Plan and execute cost-effective call programs to engage key customers in the territory.

• Plan and execute cost-effective call programs to engage all key customers in the territory and coordinate activities with other sales colleagues based on customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• Min 2 years of experience in Sales in Pharma or Medical device
• Travel min 60%
• Fluent English & German
