BÜHLMANN Laboratories AG is seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to strengthen our presence in Deutsch-Schweiz. You will manage key accounts, acquire new business, and negotiate long-term supply and service contracts while supporting post-sale implementation and training.

Fluency in German and English, 3–5+ years in IVD/MedTech sales, and willingness to travel ~60% are essential. A strong life sciences/medical technology background is required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Life Sciences or Medical Technology (EFZ/HF/Bachelor/Master/PhD).
• 3–5+ years of key account or sales experience in IVD/MedTech is ideal.
• Fluent German with good English; strong client-facing skills.

Aufgaben

• Account management & growth of existing customers in German-speaking Switzerland.
• Develop territory strategy and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage life cycle of agreements and pricing.
• Provide consultative product guidance and coordinate technical support.
• Oversee post-sales onboarding and conduct regular product trainings.
