Job summary

Elos Medtech in Switzerland is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager to nurture selected customer relationships and drive growth. Based in Hölstein, you will coordinate inquiries, quotations, and NPI-related commercial aspects, ensuring timely deliveries in collaboration with Supply Chain and Quality.

You’ll work in a structured, customer-focused role, using Excel and SAP to manage margins, forecasts, and performance data, while building long-term partnerships with German- and English-speaking

Qualifications

• Commercial or technical qualification and initial experience in Customer Service, Key Account Management, Sales Support or Order Management
• Good technical understanding and ability to learn products, processes and customer requirements
• Outgoing, customer-focused with ability to build long-term relationships
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with numbers, margins and forecasts; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP)
• Self-driven, structured and solution-oriented, able to manage complex customer requirements
• Fluent in German and English; strong negotiation, service and quality sense

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with selected key customers, acting as main contact and identifying new business opportunities
• Coordinate customer inquiries, quotations and commercial aspects of NPI projects, including costs, invoicing and forecasts
• End-to-end management of customer orders, ensuring reliable deliveries and resolving quality issues with Supply Chain and Quality
• Oversee customer agreements, pricing and product margins; support negotiations and contribute to S&OP
• Monitor KPIs (sales, forecasts, OTIF, non-conformities) and report to Business Unit lead
• Prepare and lead customer business reviews discussing performance, forecasts, quality and future opportunities
