Zusammenfassung

Employ Me in Zürich, Switzerland, seeks an IT support specialist for 1st level support in the client and infrastructure environment. You will handle calls and tickets, analyze and resolve faults in the Windows client environment, provide on-site user support, and collaborate on general IT infrastructure tasks.

Requirements include 1st level support experience, Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 proficiency, knowledge of Intune, Entra ID and Active Directory; German language skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

1st level IT support or similar experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
Experience with identity and access management.
German language skills, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

Provide 1st level support for employees in the client and infrastructure environments.
Receive and process support requests via telephone and ticket system.
Analyse and resolve faults in the Windows client environment.
Support users on-site as needed.
Provide remote support to a manageable extent.
Install and configure hardware and software.
Install specific software with appropriate experience.
Assist in user and permission management.
Collaborate on general IT infrastructure tasks.
