Zusammenfassung

MF Group AG in Chiasso, TI, Switzerland, seeks an IT Support Expert to provide first-level IT support and ensure a smooth day-to-day user experience across devices, accounts, collaboration tools, and workplace services.

You will be the primary contact for employees, troubleshoot issues, support onboarding/offboarding, and maintain clear documentation to keep operations efficient and secure.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical IT support experience.
• Hands-on experience in first level user support and incident handling.
• Knowledge of Windows-based environments and end-user support processes.
• Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes and access control.
• Familiarity with account administration and ticketing systems.
• Strong communication and service mindset.

Aufgaben

• Provide first level IT support as the main contact for internal users and address incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software and access issues; escalate complex problems as needed.
• Support device lifecycle operations: preparation, enrollment, handover, stock coordination, replacements, and asset tracking.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding end to end, ensuring secure, organized processes.
• Maintain clear support documentation including password resets and access requests.
• Monitor alerts and communicate with users and teams during incidents and outages.
