Sharp Brains in Rolle, Switzerland is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer Level 1 to backfill on-site. You will deliver end-to-end technical support for desktops and laptops, handle IMAC activities, and manage device lifecycle including OS imaging.

You will use SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow for asset tracking and ticket resolution, coordinate with IT policies on software and security, provide VIP onsite support during escalations, and assist with AD tasks and basic user accounts.

Aufgaben

• Provide end-to-end technical support for desktop and laptop systems (hardware, software, connectivity).
• Handle IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix tasks for end-user devices.
• Manage full desktop device lifecycle including configuration, patching, OS imaging, and vendor hardware replacements.
• Utilize SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow for asset tracking, tickets, and remote assistance.
• Coordinate approved software installations, updates, and security patching with IT policies.
• Provide remote and deskside support using EUC tools; support MS Office, Outlook, and VPN clients.
• Ensure security protocols and antivirus monitoring and enforce desktop policies.
• Provide VIP on-site support during escalations or outages.
• Support printers, scanners, and peripherals with troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Assist with Active Directory tasks and basic user account management.
• Maintain documentation of incident resolutions and hardware inventory for internal reference.
• Show familiarity with Windows OS, mobile device support; follow ITIL incident/problem/service requests.
