Zusammenfassung

Connect44 is seeking a proactive IT Help Desk Support Engineer to join our Zürich office. You will provide full workplace technology support, handle hardware/software maintenance, manage IT infrastructure, and maintain AV systems across meeting rooms.

You will also support VIP video meetings and assist in IT project deployments. The role requires 1–3+ years in IT desktop support, strong LAN knowledge, and fluency in English with Chinese preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or above in CS/IT or related field.
• 1–3+ years in IT desktop support, network maintenance and infra operations.
• Troubleshooting hardware, OS, and office software.
• Understanding LAN concepts: VLAN, STP.
• Experience with network hardware, switches/routers/firewalls; Huawei or Cisco preferred.
• AV/meeting room infra experience; scripting or basic programming a plus.
• Languages: English fluent; Chinese preferred; German a plus.
• Certifications like CCNA/CCNP/MCSE are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide workplace technology support to employees including OS/configuration and software support.
• Manage office peripherals: printers, projectors, IT accessories; daily maintenance.
• Deliver onboarding and basic technical training for local users.
• Inspect and maintain meeting room AV equipment and security systems.
• Monitor server room and network equipment and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Support VIP meetings and deploy IT projects for office upgrades or expansions.
• Document network diagrams, assets, and configuration details.
