Aufgaben

• Answer incoming calls and customer enquiries.
• Provide first-level information on products and services.
• Identify customer needs and forward enquiries to the right person when required.
• Manage incoming emails and prioritize urgent requests.
• Prepare quotations and invoices.
• Support order processing and coordinate deliveries with suppliers.
• Keep customers informed about order status, availability and delivery.
• Maintain and update product and order information in Shopify.
• Support the day-to-day administration of the office and online shop.
