Dagsmejan in Zurich is seeking a hands-on E-Commerce & CRM Manager to own day-to-day management of our Shopify store and Klaviyo email marketing, ensuring a seamless customer experience across markets.

You will drive content management, campaigns, product launches and performance analytics, collaborating with marketing and product teams, while staying hands-on and independently delivering improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in e-commerce, CRM or digital marketing.
• Strong Shopify experience including content management, merchandising and campaigns.
• Strong Klaviyo experience including campaign execution, segmentation and automated flows.
• Good understanding of ecommerce KPIs, conversion optimisation and customer retention.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent attention to detail and structured execution.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely (if a remote position).

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day management of Shopify store content, products and promotions.
• Manage product/collection pages, navigation, merchandising and landing pages.
• Set up and execute seasonal campaigns, launches and promotions.
• Ensure a high-quality shopping experience across markets, languages and devices.
• Identify and implement website usability and conversion improvements.
• Monitor website performance and coordinate with external developers when needed.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for timely campaign execution.
• Manage Klaviyo email campaigns, segmentation and automated flows.
• Build and optimise email journeys to improve retention and revenue.
• Monitor email performance and adjust strategies.
• Analyse metrics to inform improvements and ensure multilingual quality.
• Track and analyse key ecommerce metrics and support testing and optimization.
