Lever, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager (Email Marketing) to own a portfolio of DTC ecommerce client accounts in a fully remote setting. You will coordinate teams, manage briefs from planning to delivery, and ensure campaigns and flows align with client goals and brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years agency experience, strong client communication skills, and familiarity with Klaviyo/Omnisend. This remote, full-time role offers international exposure and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years in an agency or client services role.
• Strong written communication with a warm, professional tone.
• Solid understanding of ecommerce lifecycle and how email/SMS work together.

• Act as primary client contact, maintaining proactive communication.
• Own client work end-to-end from briefing to delivery.
