Job summary

Merkle, a dentsu company, is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Architect in Zürich to design and deliver CRM ecosystems using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You will advise clients, lead architecture studies, and drive implementation across CRM initiatives.

Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, align with delivery teams, and stay current with Microsoft ecosystem innovations. Hybrid work model and global collaboration opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Architect-level expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Insights) and Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Service Bus, Event Hub, or Azure Functions.
• Proven experience with migration tools/ETLs (Azure Data Factory, KingswaySoft).
• Strong CRM architecture knowledge: data models, security, and scalability.
• Proficient in integration patterns (APIs, middleware, event-driven).
• Experience in Dynamics 365 migrations and transformation programs.
• Client-facing roles including workshops, stakeholder management, and advisory.
• Familiarity with Success by Design methodology.
• Experience running discovery workshops with customers from multiple industries.
• Ability to contribute to pre-sales and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of CRM & Loyalty solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure solution architectures.
• Define and implement integration patterns between Dynamics 365/Dataverse and surrounding systems.
• Lead or support Dynamics 365 migration programs ensuring smooth transitions.
• Act as SME in client engagements, delivery projects, and pre-sales.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams.
• Provide technical leadership and governance across delivery lifecycle.
• Support design during RFPs, proposals, and client pitches.
• Ensure adherence to standards and performance benchmarks.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies for complex CRM implementations.
