DEPT® in Zurich is seeking a Project Manager to create exciting technological projects with the best design and first‑class usability together with our client. You will lead complex online and e-commerce initiatives across multiple disciplines, ensuring milestones are met and projects stay on time and on budget.

This role requires 3+ years in a client‑facing agency or corporate consulting, fluent German and English, and hands‑on experience with digital project delivery and tools like Asana or

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a client-facing agency role or in direct consulting of clients in a corporate environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• Practical experience in the technical implementation of digital projects and/or e-commerce projects.
• Experience in (multi-)project management and in classic and agile project management methods and tools (e.g. Asana or Jira).
• Skilled in creating cost overviews and offers.
• Design project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Create re-briefings and document deadlines with clients.
• Work independently and manage interdisciplinary teams across locations.

Aufgaben

• Planning, coordination and implementation of complex online and e-commerce projects with milestones.
• Manage the entire project from offer preparation to control of key figures to realize on time and budget.
• Serve as central interface between internal/external stakeholders and implementing teams.
• Advise and support clients with a confident, proactive manner.
• Apply knowledge in stakeholder management, risk management, controlling and reporting.
• Lead an interdisciplinary project team across locations with regular contact.
